mo.Today Privacy Policy

mo.Today (“the App”) values your privacy and provides this Privacy Policy in accordance with applicable laws.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of June 2026.

1. Information the App Handles

The App handles the following information on your device. All of it is stored only on your device and in your own iCloud, and is not collected or transmitted to any external server.

• Calendar — When you grant permission, the App reads events from your iOS Calendar solely to display them within the App. This data is not transmitted to any external server.
• Location — Used solely to retrieve today’s weather. Your coordinates are not stored separately.
• Weather Information — When you complete a to-do or routine, the App saves the weather icon and temperature at that moment alongside the entry.
• User-Entered Data — The to-dos, routines, and events you enter are stored on your device and in iCloud.
• Notifications — The App uses iOS notification permission to deliver reminders and does not collect any separate data through it.

2. How We Use Information

The information the App handles is used only to provide the App’s features and for no other purpose.

• Calendar and location information are used for display purposes only.
• User-entered data is used so that you can manage your own schedule within the App.
• Weather information is stored as accompanying metadata on the items you complete.

3. Data Storage and Retention

All data is stored in the following two locations.

• Your iOS device (local storage)
• Apple iCloud (the CloudKit container iCloud.moPlanet.shared), which follows Apple’s security policies.

The App does not operate any separate external server and does not transmit your data to any external server.

4. Third-Party Sharing

The App does not share or sell your data to any third party. It does not collect an advertising identifier (IDFA).

5. Children’s Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If a child under the age of 13 uses the App, we recommend that they do so under the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

6. Your Rights

You have the following rights.

• View, edit, and delete data within the App
• Disable iCloud sync in iOS Settings > [your name] > iCloud
• Delete local data by deleting the App (iCloud data must be deleted separately in your iCloud settings)

7. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated in response to changes in law or in the App’s features. Any changes will be announced on this page.
